Project Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP is recommended.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations/ project procurement and project coordination.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, managing stakeholders, managing procurement, report invoices and supporting related documents and supporting project delivery within established timelines.
• Experience in maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on project deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
• High level of organization and time management capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and submission.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare presentations, and produce management reports.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring project activities are completed on schedule.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
