Roles Responsibilities Configure and customize SAP S 4HANA modules e g Finance Logistics Manufacturing to meet specific business requirements ensuring seamless integration across processes Lead and participate in SAP S 4HANA implementation projects from blueprinting and design to testing golive and postimplementation support Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit integration and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and data integrity Provide expertlevel support and troubleshooting for SAP S 4HANA system issues resolving incidents efficiently to minimize business disruption Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze existing processes and translate them into effective SAP S 4HANA solutions Design and deliver user training programs and documentation empowering endusers to leverage SAP S 4HANA capabilities effectively Desired Candidate Profile SAP S 4HANA certification in at least one core module e g FI CO SD MM PP Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 5 years of handson experience implementing and supporting SAP S 4HANA solutions Proven experience in a specific industry e g Manufacturing Retail Utilities with a deep understanding of its business processes Proficiency in one or more SAP S 4HANA modules demonstrating deep functional and technical knowledge Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to dissect complex business challenges and propose effective SAP solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively engaging with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Fluency in English proficiency in other languages e g German Spanish is a plus Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new SAP technologies and methodologies Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced projectdriven environment
