Sales Executive Hospitality and Catering

Roles Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Prepare and present customized proposals quotations and service solutions Negotiate contracts and close sales within approved commercial guidelines Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators KPIs Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify business opportunities Follow up on client inquiries proposals and postservice satisfaction Prepare periodic sales reports forecasts and business development updates Represent the company professionally at client meetings networking events and industry exhibitions Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations and service standards Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum 2 5 years of sales experience in the Catering Hospitality F B or Events industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong business development negotiation and relationship management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Arabic is an advantage Customerfocused with strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Valid UAE driving license is preferred Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong commercial acumen
