Project Engineering Management

Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Engineering Manager to oversee engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful project delivery. EXPERIENCE IN NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT,
• KPI PEFORMANCE REPORTING, DATA ANAYSIS,, MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE AND SMART SHEET
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
