Roles Responsibilities The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements This role involves providing expert advice on destinations itineraries transportation and accommodations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about travel destinations detailoriented and has excellent customer service skills to cater to diverse client needs Key Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking flights accommodations tours and other travel services based on their needs and budget Create personalized itineraries and recommend the best travel packages and destinations Handle travel documentation including visas passports and travel insurance requirements Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries resolving concerns and managing changes or cancellations promptly Promote travel products and services to meet sales targets through upselling and building longterm client relationships Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments to offer clients the best and most current options Desired Candidate Profile Male or Female applicants are welcome to apply Currently residing in Satwa Dubai Fluent in Tagalog and English both spoken and written Confident communicator with a customerfirst mindset Detailoriented and organized able to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets
