STONEHAVEN is a construction consultancy and project management firm delivering services to clients across the Middle East We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be based fulltime in Dubai driving new business and strengthening relationships across the region s construction real estate and infrastructure sectors This is a senior clientfacing role for someone who understands the construction consultancy landscape has an established network across the UAE and wider GCC and can convert relationships into longterm project pipelines Key Responsibilities Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities across construction consultancy and project management services in the UAE and broader Middle East Build and maintain strong relationships with developers contractors consultants government entities and other key industry stakeholders Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with Stonehaven s growth objectives Lead the endtoend bid process including identifying tenders preparing proposals and coordinating with technical teams on pricing and scope Represent Stonehaven at industry events conferences and client meetings to raise market visibility and generate leads Track market trends upcoming projects and competitor activity to identify opportunities ahead of the market Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects proposals and won lost opportunities reporting regularly to senior leadership Collaborate closely with project management and technical teams to ensure proposals reflect deliverable realistic scopes Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company policy and risk appetite Skills Our Ideal Candidate Would Be 5 years of business development or commercial experience within construction consultancy project management or the wider built environment sector Established network of contacts across developers contractors and consultants in the UAE and Middle East Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles tendering processes and consultancy service delivery Confident communicator able to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders Commercially sharp targetdriven and comfortable owning a revenue pipeline Organised and dependable under deadline pressure with strong followthrough on opportunities Qualifications A degree in Business management or Marketing or a related field Proven track record of winning new business within consultancy project management in the construction industry Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposal development negotiation and client relationship management Our Work Conditions This is a fulltime onsite role based in our Dubai office Standard work hours apply with flexibility for client meetings and industry events Close collaboration with project management technical and senior leadership teams What You Will Get A senior seat at the table during a highgrowth phase for Stonehaven across the Middle East Direct exposure to major regional construction infrastructure and real estate projects Mentorship from experienced leadership and a resultsdriven team The opportunity to shape Stonehaven s business development strategy across the region A culture that values ownership expertise and doing things properly
