Roles Responsibilities Warehouse Management Organizing and managing inventory storage and transportation Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment Responsible for making sure supplies stock materials packages and or products are processed through the delivery and or warehouse system efficiently and safely Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another Arrange transportation schedule staff and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay Receives products and coordinates delivery Prepares loads for shipment Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels Goodsin of all received goods in the system Countercheck invoices submitted by the freight forwarder Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines Material Handler Duties Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries Maintains inventory by identifying labelling and placing materials and supplies in stock recording location of inventory Locates materials and supplies by picking and verifying materials and vendor orders Maintains inprocess inventory at work centres by delivering and opening materials and supplies Perform and report cycle counts Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor s degree in supply chain logistics or a relevant field 35 years experience in handling logistics related responsibilities Experience in logistics and freight forwarding specially in MEA Region Experience in logistics related documentation such as clearance documents and air freight handling and shipment Import Export Familiarity with Dubai Trade Portal Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Desired Candidate Profile Candidates must be independent and flexible with solid communication skills and a strong customer focus with outstanding analytical problem solving and organizational skills Candidates must have knowledge of the local logistics and experience working with freight forwarders and customs Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office Excel Word Outlook Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends Ability to work in rotational shift
