Roles Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of QAQC processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials and workmanship to identify issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and establish metrics for measuring performance throughout the project lifecycle Train and mentor junior QAQC staff fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team Desired Candidate Profile 3 7 years of UAE experience Mandatory Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage Experience in Residential Projects
