Roles Responsibilities Supervise daily civil fitout site activities Lead masons carpenters painters and laborers Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Review drawings and monitor work progress Ensure safety quality and timely project completion Manage manpower materials and site resources Report progress and resolve onsite issues Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering 3 years of UAE experience in civil fitout works Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Good communication and problemsolving skills UAE Driving License is an advantage
