Estimation Engineer MEP

Roles Responsibilities Analyze MEP project plans specifications and other documentation to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs for all MEP systems including electrical plumbing HVAC and fire protection Source and evaluate vendor quotes for materials and subcontractors ensuring the best value and quality Prepare comprehensive bid packages including cost summaries scope of work clarifications and proposal narratives Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field providing a strong technical foundation Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP estimation within the construction industry showcasing practical knowledge Demonstrates experience within commercial industrial or highrise residential projects indicating familiarity
