ERP Next and SAP Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for a Support Engineer ERPNext SAP to support and manage integrations between ERPNext and SAP The role involves resolving integration issues supporting UAT and production deployments implementing financerelated integrations and working closely with business users developers and offshore teams to ensure smooth system operations Key Responsibilities Resolve issues across all integrations between ERPNext and SAP in both directions Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT and support live deployments Implement and support ERPNext billing integration with SAP FI and SAP COPA modules Implement and support ERPNext cash collection integration with SAP FI Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective solutions Identify and report application bugs to the development team and coordinate resolution Manage LS Navision process changes and provide guidance to the offshore support team Troubleshoot application and integration issues to ensure system stability Maintain technical documentation and support process improvements Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 3 6 years of experience in ERP application support Handson experience with ERPNext and SAP Knowledge of SAP FI and SAP COPA modules Experience with ERP integrations APIs and data exchange Understanding of finance processes including billing and cash collection Experience in UAT production support and deployment activities Good analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with LS Navision Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs Exposure to ITIL support processes Experience working with offshore support teams
