Job Title – Junior Legal Representative Location: Dubai, UAE About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Representative to support the legal team in handling corporate and real estate legal matters. The role involves preparing legal documentation, coordinating with government authorities, maintaining legal records, assisting with contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for an early-career legal professional looking to build expertise within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Legal Documentation & Contract Support Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Support the preparation of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, MOUs, and other real estate documentation. Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Maintain organized records of contracts and legal files. Regulatory Compliance Support compliance with UAE laws, real estate regulations, and company policies. Assist in monitoring regulatory updates and communicating relevant changes to internal stakeholders. Ensure legal documentation complies with applicable statutory requirements. Support internal compliance initiatives and legal audits. Government & Authority Coordination Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities for legal documentation and approvals. Assist with submissions to relevant authorities, including land and real estate regulatory bodies. Track applications, approvals, renewals, and legal registrations. Maintain effective relationships with external authorities and legal service providers. Legal Research & Case Support Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to company operations. Assist senior legal professionals in preparing legal opinions and case documentation. Support dispute resolution activities by compiling required documentation. Prepare summaries and reports on legal matters when required. Corporate Legal Administration Maintain legal databases, document management systems, and contract registers. Monitor contract renewal dates and legal compliance deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal documentation requirements. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive legal information. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with internal departments including sales, finance, HR, and operations on legal matters. Coordinate with external legal consultants, notaries, and government representatives. Support negotiations by preparing legal documentation and background information. Provide administrative support to the legal department as required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal discipline. 1–3 years of experience in legal administration, legal support, or corporate legal services. Experience in real estate, property development, or corporate legal environments is preferred. Basic understanding of UAE legal systems, contract law, and real estate regulations is an advantage.
