Sales Coordinator

Roles Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team for quotations orders and customer followups Maintain and update sales records reports and customer data Communicate effectively with internal departments such as operations dispatch accounts and logistics Prepare salesrelated documents and reports using Microsoft Excel Assist in tracking sales targets and project updates Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses Support smooth execution of sales processes and daily coordination activities Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree or relevant qualification Minimum 2 4 years of experience in sales coordination Previous experience in Ready Mix Concrete construction or related industries is preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments Wellorganized and able to work under pressure
