Primary Task: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Plan and assign work to site personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. Monitor daily work progress and report project status, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations. Ensure the availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and company quality standards. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and conduct regular toolbox talks. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage through proper planning and supervision. Maintain daily site records, manpower attendance, work progress reports, and site documentation. Identify and resolve on-site issues that may affect project timelines or quality. Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions promptly. Support project completion activities, snagging works, and final handover to the client. Prepare and submit daily site progress reports, including completed works, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material consumption. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports highlighting work completed, pending activities, key site issues, and action plans. Prepare monthly project performance reports covering project progress, productivity, resource utilization, safety performance, and major achievements. Assist in preparing quarterly project reports, including project milestones, budget status, operational performance, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all reports are accurate, submitted on time, and supported by proper site documentation and records. Present project updates and reporting information to management as required.
