Technical Advisor / Foreman

Job Description

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to workshop technicians.
  
• Allocate repair tasks and ensure timely completion with quality standards.
  
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
  
• Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  
• Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer procedures and company standards.
  
• Maintain workshop efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
  

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Diesel, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering
  
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role or as a Senior Mechanic/Team Lead in heavy commercial vehicles, light vehicles, or passenger cars
  
• Ability to lead and guide a team of 7–8 technicians
  
• Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
  
• Knowledge of using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting vehicle faults
  
• Familiarity with computers and business software is an added advantage
  

Benefits

Salary: AED 7,000/month
