Solutions Architect

Andersen is hiring a Solutions Architect for the UAE to support the digital transformation of a financial institution and design scalable technology solutions for modern financial services The customer is a UAEbased public financial institution headquartered in Abu Dhabi Regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority it offers a comprehensive range of financial services including brokerage asset management corporate finance advisory and market making Through strategic partnerships in the GCC region and a focus on digital innovation such as a proprietary trading app and expanded access to global markets the customer continues to strengthen its market position and deliver valuedriven sustainable financial solutions The project is focused on supporting the digital development of a UAEbased financial institution offering brokerage asset management lending marketmaking advisory and research services It aims to enhance operational efficiency modernize financial services and strengthen the company s technology capabilities Responsibilities OwnIng the endtoend solution architecture for a backoffice core banking platform initiative Translating business and functional requirements into technical architecture and design blueprints Defining and proposing the phasing delivery roadmap for moving the program forward including sequencing of design build and rollout stages Evaluating architectural tradeoffs across platform integration and delivery approach options e g build vs buy vs customize Assessing integration requirements with adjacent systems e g OMS banking interfaces frontend applications and other core platforms Identifying technical risks dependencies and constraints early and propose mitigations Acting as the technical point of reference for the client and any delivery partners involved in the program ensuring architectural consistency Presenting architecture and phasing recommendations clearly to client stakeholders Reasons why this job would be interesting to you Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech Healthcare Retail Telecom and others Andersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung Siemens Johnson Johnson BNP Paribas Ryanair Mercedes TUI Verivox Allianz TSystems etc The opportunity to change the project and or develop expertise in an interesting business domain Job conditions you can work both fully remotely and from the office or can choose a hybrid variant Guarantee of professional financial and career growth The company has introduced systems of mentoring and adaptation for each new employee The opportunity to earn up to an additional 1 USD per month depending on the level of expertise which will be included in the annual bonus by participating in the company s activities Access to the corporate training portal where the entire knowledge base of the company is collected and which is constantly updated Bright corporate life parties pizza days PlayStation fruits coffee snacks movies Certification compensation AWS PMP etc Referral program Private health insurance and compensation for sports activities
