We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions and support our growing real estate team The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment employee relations performance management HR policies and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to build a positive and productive workplace Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend recruitment and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations performance management and disciplinary matters Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support management with workforce planning and HR strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Proven HR management experience real estate industry preferred Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems Skills Desired Skills Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices Employee relations and conflict resolution Performance management and staff development Organizational and time management skills Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Attention to detail and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
