We are seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Jebel Ali Dubai The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with companies factories and logistics partners across Dubai Key Responsibilities Contact companies and factories to introduce the company s logistics and shipping services Communicate with shipping managers and key decisionmakers to build business relationships Arrange and coordinate meetings between potential clients and company representatives Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments Handle email correspondence and prepare meeting schedules Support the management team with administrative and customer service tasks Develop and maintain a database of potential customers Skills Excellent spoken and written English skills Previous experience in customer relations tele sales cold calling or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
