Roles Responsibilities Plan and allocate work to technicians based on skills workload and job priority Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and quality standards Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during diagnostics and repairs Review spare parts requirements and coordinate with the Parts Department Estimate additional repair work and communicate recommendations to the Service Advisor Ensure efficient use of workshop equipment tools and consumables Coordinate with the Service Manager on technical issues and warranty approvals Evaluate technician performance based on KPI and provide coaching where required Coordinate with the Sales Department on PreDelivery Inspections PDIs stock and vehicle deliveries Maintain a safe clean and organized workshop and ensure compliance with QHSEMS and company safety standards Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager Desired Candidate Profile 78 yrs experience in handling Heavy commercial vehicles Sound technical knowledge on heavy commercial vehicles Should have Experience as foreman team lead leading a team of technicians Should be able to use business communications and ERP software Authorised Dealership experience mandatory
