Operations Department

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive consultations and medical care for men's health conditions.

Diagnose and manage urological, reproductive, and sexual health disorders.

Deliver hormone optimization programs, including Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), where clinically appropriate.

Develop personalized wellness and longevity plans for male patients.

Collaborate with General Practitioners, Dermatologists, Regenerative Medicine Physicians, and Nursing staff in multidisciplinary care.

Participate in executive health screening and preventive healthcare programs.

Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and international clinical standards.

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Participate in continuing medical education and clinical innovation.

Deliver confidential, patient-centered, and premium healthcare services.

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine or equivalent.Specialty qualification in Urology, Andrology, Reproductive Medicine, or a related field.Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.

Experience:Minimum three years of clinical experience in men's health, urology, or andrology.

Experience in international hospitals or premium healthcare facilities is preferred.

Experience in hormone optimization, preventive medicine, or longevity medicine is highly desirable.Clinical Skills

Experience in:Men's Health Urology Sexual Medicine Andrology Hormone Optimization (TRT) Prostate Health Male Fertility Assessment Preventive Medicine Functional Medicine Longevity Medicine

Language:Excellent English communication skills.Chinese, Arabic, or Russian language skills are considered an advantage.
