About the role
The Junior Data Quality Analyst ensures the foundational information supporting our mandates remains accurate and reliable. As we support a Dubai-based investment group with their corporate strategy, this role verifies the integrity of the data that informs our principal-led advice. Your work will directly contribute to how we form a view on portfolio performance and governance for our clients.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead.

What you will do
  • Audit large datasets to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors in portfolio reporting.
  • Help principals reconcile financial statements and operational data from a Dubai-based investment group.
  • Develop internal documentation to define how we categorize and store information for different mandates.
  • Conduct research to fill gaps in existing datasets related to holding company performance and market trends.
  • Test data sets for accuracy before they are used in high-level strategy presentations and internal reports.
  • Update and maintain our internal databases to ensure they reflect the latest capital structures and board compositions of client organizations.
  • Identify ways to improve our current data entry and verification processes to reduce manual errors.
  • Support the team in preparing reports that provide clarity on complex corporate operating models for our clients.
What we are looking for
  • A high level of comfort with numbers and a skeptical approach to data that does not immediately make sense.
  • Precision in written communication, with the ability to explain technical errors or data gaps in plain English.
  • Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and a willingness to learn how to manage structured databases.
  • Intellectual curiosity about how large family groups and holding companies manage their assets and portfolios.
  • The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying aligned with the team goals.
  • Logical rigor when troubleshooting why two pieces of information from different sources might contradict each other.
