· provide support to the Kitchen Management
· ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
· manage the food ordering, delivery, storage and control professionally and carefully
· manage kitchen staff, ensuring they are kept up to date with relevant information, and are continually compliant with standards and expectations
· actively participate in a working environment across departments where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
· fulfil administration duties and implementation of HACCP standards
· ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained through positive connections and prompt handling of any problems
