Roles Responsibilities Identify generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking referrals and market research Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers sellers investors landlords and tenants Advise clients on current market conditions property values investment opportunities and pricing strategies Assist clients throughout the entire property transaction process from the initial inquiry to the successful closing of the deal Conduct property viewings and present suitable properties based on clients requirements and preferences Negotiate offers terms and agreements while ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved Maintain a thorough understanding of Dubai s real estate market including OffPlan and Secondary properties market trends and regulatory requirements Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation and followups Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely communication and professional support throughout the client journey Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM systems with all sales activities and interactions Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients Represent the company with professionalism integrity and a customerfocused approach at all times Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent in the Dubai real estate market Strong experience in OffPlan Secondary Market or both Excellent knowledge of Dubai s real estate market property regulations and industry trends Demonstrated ability to generate leads build client relationships and successfully close property transactions Strong negotiation communication presentation and interpersonal skills Customerfocused with a professional and consultative approach Selfmotivated targetoriented and capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities Proficient in using CRM systems Microsoft Office and real estate portals such as Property Finder Bayut and Dubizzle Ability to build and maintain a strong professional network within the Dubai real estate market
