Roles Responsibilities Lead the endtoend delivery of technology projects within the Wealth Management domain ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements Translate complex business needs into actionable project plans defining scope objectives deliverables and success criteria for wealth management solutions Manage project budgets resources and timelines effectively proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues specific to financial technology Facilitate clear and consistent communication between IT teams business stakeholders and thirdparty vendors involved in wealth management technology initiatives Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Finance Business Administration or a related field Large scale banking IT programs Wealth platform implementations Multi vendor delivery governance Strong infrastructure and release management understanding Experience Managing EU Swiss New Bank Setup Experience in implementing Finnova is a plus Experience with Incore Sobaco is a plus Swiss or EU private banking implementations Experience in implementing Finnova Experience with Incore Sobaco Strong stakeholder management End to End Project Delivery experience Leadership Strategic thinking Executive communication Negotiation and conflict resolution Team leadership and coaching Problem solving and decision making Ability to work in highly regulated environments Having Experience in one or more of the following Wealth transformation programs Greenfield wealth setup initiatives Digital wealth platforms
