MEP Estimation Engineer

Roles Responsibilities Radiant Integrated Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and detailoriented MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team in Dubai The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates BOQs and technicalcommercial proposals for Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and related building maintenance project works Role Description This is a fulltime onsite role based in Dubai for a MEP Estimation Engineer The role involves reviewing drawings specifications tender documents site inspection reports and client requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs The candidate will coordinate with suppliers subcontractors project engineers procurement teams and management to ensure accurate pricing scope coverage and commercially viable proposals The Estimation Engineer will support tender submissions quotation preparation value engineering cost comparison supplier followups and proposal documentation The role also requires maintaining organized estimation records tracking submitted quotations and assisting in technical clarifications during client discussions Qualifications Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Civil Engineering or related discipline Relevant experience in MEP estimation facilities management maintenance or construction projects in the UAE GCC Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation quantity takeoff and rate analysis Ability to read drawings specifications layouts and technical documents Good supplier subcontractor coordination and negotiation skills Strong MS Excel skills knowledge of estimation software will be an advantage Good understanding of UAE market rates building systems and site execution requirements Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and documentation skills Good communication skills in English Preferred UAE experience in fitout MEP maintenance facility management or building rectification works Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage Ability to join immediately or within short notice Location Dubai UAE Employment Type Fulltime Onsite Company Radiant Integrated Technical Services LLC Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities Review tender documents drawings specifications site inspection reports and client requirements Prepare BOQs cost estimates rate analysis and technocommercial proposals Estimate MEP works including HVAC plumbing electrical ELV firefighting pumps tanks piping and related maintenance rectification works Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical details Compare supplier subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparison sheets Identify scope gaps exclusions assumptions and commercial risks before proposal submission Support value engineering and cost optimization wherever required Coordinate with project procurement and accounts teams for proposal LPO and project handover requirements Maintain proper records of estimates submitted quotations supplier pricing and project cost data
