We are looking for Accountant (French Speaker)

Your mission:

Maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients in the financial sector. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee their accounting needs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial health. This role demands a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the finance and accounting sector.
• Understand clients' financial goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze clients' financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Interpret financial data to provide clients with actionable recommendations for improving financial performance and achieving their objectives.

Compliance and Regulation:

• Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
• Ensure clients' financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during audits and regulatory inspections.

Strategic Planning and Advisory:

• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic financial plans aligned with their objectives.
• Offer expert financial advice and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in clients' financial operations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, accounting, and sales, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address complex client issues and deliver integrated solutions.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role within the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, ZOHO and ERP systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
