Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
   • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
   • Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
2. Dashboard Management:
   • Create and maintain project dashboards for real-time tracking of key performance indicators.
   • Provide regular updates on project status and milestones to stakeholders.
3. Collaboration with IT Department:
   • Coordinate with the IT department to integrate technology solutions that enhance project efficiency.
   • Ensure seamless communication and integration of IT systems into project workflows.
4. SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance:
   • Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
   • Collaborate with relevant departments to address any SLA deviations promptly.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements as needed.
   • Streamline project workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
6. Benchmarking of Projects:
   • Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare project performance against industry standards.
   • Implement best practices identified through benchmarking processes.
7. Analysis and Reporting:
   • Perform regular analysis of project data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
   • Generate comprehensive reports for management review, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
   • Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
   • Foster collaboration and communication among different teams involved in the project.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the real estate and commercial property industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate and commercial property industry is a plus.
