Finance Executive

Own the company s overall financial strategy budgeting forecasting and longrange planning Manage cash flow and working capital across crossborder operations UAE Egypt including currency risk and repatriation of funds Oversee import trade finance LCs supplier payment terms customs duties and costofgoods tracking for imported medical aesthetic inventory Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and board reporting packages Ensure compliance with UAE VAT Egyptian tax law and any relevant freezone customs regulations Lead pricing and margin analysis for distribution deals and new product line negotiations e g injectable device distribution agreements Build and manage relationships with banks auditors and financial institutions Develop and enforce internal financial controls approval workflows and fraudprevention measures Manage inventory financing and stock valuation for a trading distribution business model Support due diligence and structuring for new supplier distributor partnerships Build out the finance team as the company scales AP AR accountants controllers Provide financial risk assessment for litigation receivables and debt recovery matters Skills Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or Economics required CPA ACCA CFA or CMA certification strongly preferred MBA is a plus especially with a finance or international business focus
