Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Develop high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, and print materials.
• Photography: Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade photos for promotional and operational needs.
• Videography: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos for digital platforms, events, and corporate communications.
• Creative Direction: Lead and oversee visual content creation to ensure brand consistency and alignment with project objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create impactful visuals.
• Innovation: Stay updated on design and multimedia trends to continuously enhance our creative assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation (minimum 3 years) in the hospitality sector.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficiency in Balkan languages
• Proficiency with photography and videography equipment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video projects.
• Solid understanding of social media content creation and platform requirements.
• Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
