Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking as instructed by the Chef.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper portion control.
• Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with stock handling and minimize food wastage.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy periods.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Commis 2 or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
