Roles Responsibilities Job Title Travel Consultant Ticketing Sales Location Aspin Commercial Tower Dubai Employment Type Fulltime Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM 6 00 PM 1hour lunch break Job Summary Shuraa is currently recruiting its client who are in travel and tourism industry We are looking for a dynamic and customerfocused Travel Consultant Ticketing Sales to join our team immediately The ideal candidate should have experience in curating travel packages handling ticketing and driving sales This role requires someone who can confidently manage endtoend travel solutions while delivering excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Design and curate domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings cancellations rescheduling and itinerary management Promote and sell travel packages flights and other travelrelated services to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service Coordinate with airlines hotels transport providers and other travel partners Prepare quotations travel itineraries and travel documentation Support marketing initiatives by promoting travel products and identifying new business opportunities Stay updated on travel trends destinations airline policies and industry regulations Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry IATA Certification is mandatory Handson experience with Amadeus and Galileo Global Distribution Systems GDS for airline reservations and ticketing Strong experience in Travel package curation Domestic and international flight ticketing Excellent communication skills in English preferrable Telugu Strong negotiation sales and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
