Landscape Designer

Roles Responsibilities Develop creative landscape concepts and detailed design proposals Prepare site plans planting plans hardscape layouts irrigation layouts and construction drawings Conduct site analysis measurements and assessments Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D landscape models Create realistic renderings animations and visual presentations for client approval Select appropriate plants trees shrubs paving materials and landscape elements suitable for project requirements Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and project managers throughout the design and construction process Ensure designs comply with local regulations environmental standards and client specifications Review project progress and provide design support during construction Prepare presentation boards design reports and project documentation Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture Landscape Design Architecture or a related field Minimum 3 5 years of experience in landscape design or a related discipline Proficiency in AutoCAD ComputerAided Design for preparing 2D technical drawings and construction documentation Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max for 3D modeling and landscape visualization Proficiency in Lumion for producing highquality renderings walkthroughs and presentation animations Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating presentation boards diagrams and graphic design materials Knowledge of landscape materials planting design grading irrigation systems and hardscape detailing Understanding of local landscape regulations and sustainable design practices Strong visualization creativity and attention to detail Excellent communication teamwork and timemanagement skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Competitive salary based on experience Willing to relocate in Al Ain UAE
