Roles Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets Generate leads through prospecting networking cold calling and customer visits Build and maintain longterm relationships with existing and prospective customers Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the engineering and production teams Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions Read and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and customer documentation Coordinate with production design and procurement departments to ensure timely execution of customer orders Follow up on quotations negotiate commercial terms and close sales Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records sales reports and customer visit reports Represent the company at customer meetings exhibitions and industry events when required Desired Candidate Profile We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Sales Engineer with experience in the technical rubber and polyurethane industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities managing existing customer relationships and achieving sales targets across a wide range of engineered rubber and polyurethane products The successful candidate should possess a strong technical understanding of polymer manufacturing processes and be capable of interpreting engineering drawings to effectively communicate customer requirements with the production team Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Polymer Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE selling technical rubber and or polyurethane products Valid UAE Driving Licence mandatory Good understanding of rubber and polyurethane manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excel Word Outlook Experience with CRM software is an advantage
