HSE Officer - ADNOC Approved

Activities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and project requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
• Monitor lifting operations, piling activities, excavation works, and heavy equipment operations.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Review and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements.
• Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records.
• Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response preparedness.
• Monitor subcontractor for HSE performance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience in construction, piling, or foundation projects.
• Valid experience of working on ADNOC Offshore projects for minimum 2+ years
• Valid ADNOC Approval is mandatory on offshore project.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Incident Investigation techniques
• Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
