Medical Staff Talent is exclusively mandated to source a Western-trained Consultant Physician for a portfolio of Royal Household and Private Hospital placements across the GCC (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh). This is a permanent, confidential placement offering full clinical autonomy within a premium, discreet environment.

THE ROLE

Deliver world-class, unconstrained clinical care to Royal Household principals and private hospital patients, with access to a fully unconstrained material and diagnostic pipeline. Full clinical autonomy over procurement and treatment protocol, integrated with cutting-edge surgical and diagnostic infrastructure.

STANDARDS REQUIRED

- Western-trained clinician with formal qualifications completed in the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand (Tier-1); Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Malta or Andorra considered (Tier-2)

- Mandatory active licence, verified with the home country's medical board

- Eligibility for Gulf licensing (DHA/DOH/SCFHS/QCHP)

- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage

Requirements
Recognised medical degree from UK, Ireland, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand Board certification / CCT or equivalent in Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine Minimum 8–12 years post-specialisation experience Prior experience in private medicine, VIP care, executive health, or high-complexity outpatient/internal medicine Strong diagnostic reasoning and ability to manage multi-system chronic conditions Fluent English essential High discretion and ability to operate in confidential environments Willingness to be based in or relocate to the UAE
