MEP Manager Highrise Building Project

Roles Responsibilities Lead endtoend execution of MEP works from planning to project handover Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and project teams Manage MEP design reviews shop drawings material approvals and authority submissions Monitor project progress budgets quality safety and resource allocation Oversee testing commissioning and final handover of MEP systems Ensure compliance with project specifications UAE regulations and HSE requirements Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 18 years of experience in building construction projects with reputed contracting companies Minimum 5 years in a managerial role handling largescale highrise projects in the UAE GCC Strong knowledge of HVAC Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting ELV and BMS systems
