Medical Staff Talent is exclusively mandated to source a Senior Physiotherapist for confidential, one-to-one placements within Royal Household facilities and boutique private clinics across the GCC (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh). This is a permanent, discreet placement.

THE ROLE

Deliver elite neuromuscular performance and manual therapy within discreet, one-on-one treatment rooms inside royal facilities or private boutique clinics. Focus on longevity, rehabilitation and sustained peak physical condition for high-profile principals.

STANDARDS REQUIRED

- Western-trained physiotherapist with formal qualifications completed in the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand (Tier-1); Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Malta or Andorra considered (Tier-2)

- Mandatory active licence, verified with the home country's professional body

- Eligibility for Gulf licensing (DHA/DOH/SCFHS/QCHP)

- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage

THE PACKAGE

A liquid, tax-free package of £80,000 - £130,000, commensurate with experience, plus full relocation and licensing support.

Requirements
Recognised medical degree from UK, Ireland, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand Board certification / CCT or equivalent in Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine Minimum 8–12 years post-specialisation experience Prior experience in private medicine, VIP care, executive health, or high-complexity outpatient/internal medicine Strong diagnostic reasoning and ability to manage multi-system chronic conditions Fluent English essential High discretion and ability to operate in confidential environments Willingness to be based in or relocate to the UAE
