Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a real estate administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Sound knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and industry terminology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Valid driving license.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize legal real estate transactions, records, and documentation (Arabic) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist the Legal counsel in his/ her daily tasks
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update administrative documents, reports, and records.
  • Provide administrative, operational, and strategic support across various business functions.
  • Draft professional emails, correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
  • Ensure efficient office operations by maintaining organized filing systems and supporting daily administrative activities.
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Immediate Joiner preferred.Must be proficient in reading and writing in Arabic.
