Roles Responsibilities About Heaven Properties HEAVEN Properties is a growing international real estate company based in Dubai specializing in premium property investments and exceptional real estate opportunities across the UAE and international markets As we continue to grow we re looking for a proactive and wellconnected Talent Acquisition HR Specialist to help us build a highperforming sales organization About the Role This is first and foremost a recruitment role Your primary responsibility will be to continuously identify headhunt attract and hire experienced real estate agents and sales professionals to join HEAVEN Properties This is an ongoing talent acquisition role focused on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates not a onetime hiring project Alongside recruitment you will support key HR initiatives employee engagement and HR operations working closely with senior management to strengthen our people function If you enjoy networking relationship building and connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities this role is for you What You ll Do Recruitment Talent Acquisition Primary Focus Continuously and proactively headhunt source and recruit highperforming real estate agents and sales professionals to join Heaven Properties maintaining a strong and active talent pipeline at all times Own the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing outreach candidate screening interviews assessments offer management and onboarding coordination Develop and execute creative multichannel sourcing strategies through LinkedIn NaukriGulf job portals referrals networking events real estate communities social media and direct headhunting to consistently attract topperforming talent Build expand and maintain a strong professional network within Dubai s real estate industry including agencies brokerages industry events and referral channels Assess candidates for sales aptitude communication negotiation skills motivation and alignment with a highperformance sales culture Track recruitment KPIs maintain talent pipeline reports and provide regular hiring updates and insights to senior management Partner closely with senior management to understand business growth targets and translate them into proactive and ongoing recruitment strategies HR Specialist Support the development implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies processes and best practices aligned with business objectives and UAE labor regulations Partner with management to drive employee engagement performance management organizational development and employee retention initiatives Provide daytoday HR guidance on employeerelated matters while fostering a positive collaborative and highperforming workplace culture Support initiatives that enhance employee development retention and overall organizational effectiveness Prepare HR reports workforce insights and people analytics to support management decisionmaking Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UAE labor regulations and internal company policies Desired Candidate Profile 3 5 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience within Dubai UAE Proven experience recruiting sales professionals or real estate agents Existing network within Dubai s real estate industry is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices Excellent communication networking negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills Selfmotivated targetdriven and comfortable with continuous headhunting Why Join HEAVEN Properties Play a key role in scaling one of Dubai s growing international real estate companies Work directly with senior leadership Shape both the recruitment function and HR processes Dynamic collaborative and performancedriven environment Excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development If you re passionate about recruitment thrive on building relationships and enjoy identifying exceptional talent we d love to hear from you
