Job Title : BMS Commissioning Engineer Â
Main Play for role - Commissioning, HVAC, CPM, FHU, FCU, AHU, PLCÂ
Location: United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi OR Ajman
Tenure: 12 Months extendable

Responsibilities

• Implementing BMS technical solutions for client projects using Electric's BMS/EMS software and hardware platform
• To manage Site installations and sub-contractors with the support of Project Manager and Lead Engineers.
• To commission solutions as part of customer orders incorporating the software, graphics, installation, and commissioning of building management control systems and third-party integration.
• Configure BMS systems - setting up servers and network. Integration to other system via Modbus, Bacnet, MQTT etc.
• To pre-commission control panels, field devices onto new and existing systems

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in BMS, HVAC, or Controls / Automation- EBO and AS-P system experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working with highly complex BMS control solutions- Experience in data centre industry is preferred.
• Clear understanding of integration of Building Systems Protocols like BACnet, modbus, MQTT etc and IP Infrastructure
• Flexible to travel.
