We are strengthening our team in our Operations Department at our Location in Dubai.

About the team

The Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and processes across the organization. Comprising Purchasing, Logistics, warehousing & Quality functions, the team works collaboratively to secure reliable supply sources, maintain high quality standards, and ensure timely delivery to customers while supporting business objectives.

What you could expect as an Operations support executive:

• Handle internal purchasing inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses
• Process and place local purchase orders in compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows
• Prepare and maintain operational and quality reports for performance tracking and decision-making
• Support and collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain efficiency

What we expect from you as an Operations support executive:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics or a related field. At least 2-3 Years work experience in the related field.
• Emirati with family book - Must to have
• Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), APICS (Supply Chain Certification), Lean Six Sigma (for quality/process improvement) will be an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer facing skills
