We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team. Working directly under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a central role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, elevating our brand portfolio, managing partner programs, and driving impactful campaigns that build lasting customer relationships.

Strategy & Campaigns: Conceive and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and targeted multi-channel campaigns (digital, direct, social, print) aligned with overall business goals.
Partner & MDF Management: Develop and manage Market Development Funds (MDF) programs to support and empower channel partner marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation & Research: Design targeted lead generation strategies across diverse business units and conduct market research (surveys, focus groups) to gather actionable customer insights.
Content Creation & Social Media: Write, proofread, and produce compelling marketing collateral (brochures, ads, blog posts, videos). Manage social media channels in collaboration with product managers and external agencies.
Events & Sponsorships: Plan, coordinate, and host industry events, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions. Propose and secure strategic vendor sponsorships.
Agency & Vendor Relations: Supervise external design, event, and media agencies to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of marketing collateral and promotional assets.
Database & Campaign Tracking: Maintain updated customer databases for targeted communication. Track campaign ROI, analyze performance metrics, and deliver insightful weekly/monthly reports to management and vendors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in a Marketing & Communications role.
Certifications: Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) or equivalent marketing credentials are a strong plus.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Proficiency across social media management, direct marketing, and lead generation.
Strong copywriting, content creation, and proofreading skills.
Vendor, sponsor, and agency management experience.
Analytical capability to track marketing metrics and ROI.
Ensure all marketing activities and processes adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards, company quality policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Actively support continual improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS).
