We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of E & I / Electrical / Instrumentation Foreman in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking skilled and motivated professionals with strong experience in electrical and instrumentation installation activities. Candidates possessing the required technical expertise are encouraged to apply as multiple positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
  
• Perform cable glanding and cable termination as per standards.
  
• Install and align cable trays and electrical equipment.
  
• Carry out installation of instrumentation equipment.
  
• Conduct equipment testing and commissioning support.
  
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams.
  
• Maintain quality documentation and daily work progress.
  

Required Skills

• Cable Glanding & Termination – Hands-on installation and termination.
  
• Cable Tray Installation – Installation and routing of trays.
  
• Equipment Installation – Electrical and instrumentation equipment installation.
  
• Testing & Commissioning – Basic testing of installed systems.
  
• Electrical Safety – Knowledge of safe work procedures.
  

Preferred Skills

• Gulf project experience.
  
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation installation is preferred. Typical experience for this role is 3–8 years in industrial, construction, or EPC projects.

Education

• Minimum: ITI or Diploma
  
• Preferred: Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation
  
• Additional: Relevant industrial safety certifications (typical)
