Roles Responsibilities We are currently seeking energetic customerfocused and serviceoriented Customer Service Attendants to join a leading Parks Leisure destination in the UAE The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality or customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Candidates with experience in theme parks hotels resorts entertainment venues tourism or customerfacing service environments will be highly preferred The Customer Service Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and guests throughout the park assisting with enquiries ticketing support attraction information guest concerns and ensuring a safe enjoyable and memorable experience for all visitors If you enjoy interacting with guests resolving enquiries and creating memorable visitor experiences we invite you to apply Guest Experience Customer Service Welcome guests and provide a friendly and professional first impression Assist visitors with enquiries regarding attractions events facilities directions and services Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Proactively engage with guests to enhance their overall experience Support guests with special requests and accessibility requirements Information Assistance Provide accurate information regarding park operating hours events promotions and attractions Guide guests to various attractions facilities restaurants and amenities Assist with lost and found enquiries and guest concerns Support visitors during peak periods and special events Complaint Handling Service Recovery Address guest complaints and service issues professionally Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required Maintain a positive and solutionoriented approach when handling concerns Ensure guest satisfaction through effective issue resolution Ticketing Reservation Support Assist guests with ticket validation bookings reservations and membership enquiries Provide information on packages promotions and special events Support admission and guest registration activities when required Operational Support Assist with crowd management and queue line control Support event operations and guest activities Coordinate with operations attractions security housekeeping and maintenance teams Assist in managing guest flow within the park Health Safety Compliance Follow all company HSE policies and procedures Monitor guest safety and report hazards immediately Assist during emergency situations and evacuation procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards Administrative Duties Maintain guest service records and incident reports Prepare daily operational logs when required Record customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement Desired Candidate Profile Education Diploma Degree or equivalent Certification in Hospitality Tourism Customer Service or Business Administration is an advantage Experience Minimum 13 years of experience in Customer Service Guest Relations Hospitality Tourism Retail Theme Parks Entertainment Hotels or Leisure Operations Hospitality and customerfacing experience preferred UAE experience is an advantage Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to handle difficult situations professionally Positive attitude and professional appearance Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Team player with strong organisational skills Basic computer and MS Office knowledge Preferred Candidates Experience in Theme Parks Water Parks Hotels Resorts Entertainment Venues Airports or Leisure Attractions Multilingual candidates Arabic will be an added advantage Immediate joiners preferred
