Business Development Executive

Roles Responsibilities Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in PreEngineered Buildings PEB and steel structures The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities building relationships with key stakeholders and driving sales growth in the PEB sector across the UAE Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in PEB steel structures and industrial construction projects Build strong relationships with contractors consultants developers and project owners Generate leads through market research networking and industry contacts Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation team Attend site visits client meetings and project discussions Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales targets Coordinate with engineering production and project teams for smooth project execution Track ongoing projects and ensure timely followups Maintain updated records of sales pipeline client database and project status Monitor market trends competitor activities and upcoming PEB projects Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration Minimum 3 6 years of experience in PEB structural steel construction industry Strong knowledge of PEB systems fabrication processes and project lifecycle Proven track record in achieving sales targets in industrial or construction sector Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications UAE Driving License mandatory Familiarity with UAE market and projectbased sales Key Skills Business Development Sales Strategy Technical Sales PEB Steel Structures Client Relationship Management Proposal Preparation Tendering Market Analysis Lead Generation Negotiation Closing Skills Performance Indicators KPIs Value of PEB projects secured Number of new project leads generated Conversion rate of inquiries to contracts Client retention and repeat business Contribution to overall revenue growth Benefits Competitive salary commission Company vehicle fuel allowance if applicable Career growth in a fastgrowing industrial sector Professional and dynamic work environment Note Frequent travel within the UAE is required for site visits and client meetings Application Question s do u have structural steel company experience and client for bringing project PEBETC Experience UAE 3 years Required Language English Required License Certification UAE Driving license Required Work Location In person Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees At least 35 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry demonstrating a strong track record of success Certifications in sales methodologies or business development frameworks to enhance credibility and expertise Experience working in technology finance or consulting industries is highly desirable to understand market dynamics A strong preference for candidates with multicultural backgrounds bringing diverse perspectives to the business development process Fluency in English is required with additional language skills considered an asset for international business dealings Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a talent for building rapport and influence across various levels of an organization Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team showcasing adaptability and collaboration A proactive mindset and strong problemsolving skills with a passion for driving results and seizing new opportunities
