Roles Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven MEP Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP solutions The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the construction industry excellent relationship management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors consultants developers and MEP subcontractors Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Prepare technical and commercial proposals quotations and negotiate contracts Conduct product presentations and coordinate with technical teams to provide appropriate solutions Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements Manage the sales pipeline forecasts and regular performance reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and client meetings Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Business or a related field Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the MEP HVAC electrical plumbing or building materials industry Strong understanding of MEP products systems and construction project cycles Proven experience in B2B sales and business development Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Valid UAE driving license is preferred Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits
