Roles Responsibilities ToothTastic Dental Clinic in Dubai is hiring a Patient Acquisition Specialist to own the full patient journey from first message to confirmed booking This is a sales and conversion role not a frontdesk or admin position What you ll do Respond promptly to all incoming patient inquiries across phone WhatsApp Business Instagram DMs and email Actively convert inquiries into booked appointments not just answer questions Follow up with patients who inquired but haven t booked yet Reengage past patients due for checkups or overdue visits Handle appointment scheduling rescheduling and cancellations Communicate treatment options and promotions clearly to guide patient decisions Track daily inquirytobooking conversion and report to management Maintain accurate patient records and communication logs in the clinic system Compensation Base salary 5 AED month Performancebased commission on every booking and converted lead once monthly target is met no cap Top performers take home significantly more than base Location Dubai UAE onsite Desired Candidate Profile Must have Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales telesales customer acquisition or a patientfacing conversion role no fresh graduates Fluency in English with clear confident communication Confidence handling objections and guiding people to a booking decision Fast response time and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously Comfort with WhatsApp Business Instagram DMs and email Currently based in the UAE with valid visa status Preferred Arabic speaker spoken and written Prior experience in a dental clinic medical center or healthcare setting Experience with clinic management software or CRM tools Proven track record of meeting or exceeding booking sales targets Immediate joiner This role is measured by results bookings converted not calls answered If you re targetdriven and enjoy the challenge of turning inquiries into revenue we want to hear from you
