Senior NOC and Stakeholder Coordinator

Roles Responsibilities Manage the complete submission tracking processing and closure of all project NOCs including excavation shoring road works utility crossings and traffic diversions Interface directly with Abu Dhabi authorities including Abu Dhabi Municipality Department of Municipalities and Transport ADDC AADC ADSSC ADNOC and the TAMM portal while coordinating across regional authorities in other emirates such as RTA DEWA Dubai Municipality SEWA and Etisalat du Act as the primary point of contact for government institutions utility providers municipal inspectors and thirdparty consultants to resolve technical comments and secure timely clearances Identify potential approval bottlenecks early and collaborate internally with design planning and construction teams to align submission packages with strict project baselines Maintain uptodate NOC tracking logs manage validity dates and renewals and report compliance statuses during progress meetings Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline Minimum 7 years of dedicated UAE experience managing NOC coordination and stakeholder engagement for infrastructure utilities or heavy construction projects Proven portfolio dealing directly with Abu Dhabi authorities and portal systems alongside working knowledge of approval processes in other emirates Strong technical ability to interpret engineering drawings master plans utility alignment layouts and Traffic Management Plans Exceptional negotiation communication and diplomatic skills with bilingual English and Arabic proficiency strongly preferred
