Roles Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Prepare civil structural and MEP drawings from concept through construction Develop detailed construction drawings shop drawings and asbuilt drawings Coordinate architectural structural mechanical electrical and plumbing designs to eliminate clashes and improve constructability Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD Revit and other design software Ensure all designs comply with local regulations project specifications and industry standards Collaborate with project managers engineers consultants and contractors to deliver fully coordinated design solutions Review and revise drawings based on client feedback site conditions and authority requirements Participate in design meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage Strong understanding of architectural detailing civil works HVAC plumbing electrical and fire protection systems Knowledge of construction methods building codes and local authority approval processes Excellent communication coordination and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining highquality standards What We re Looking For The ideal candidate is a proactive and detailoriented professional who can confidently manage architectural civil and MEP design coordination within a single role You should be capable of delivering accurate codecompliant and fully coordinated construction drawings with minimal supervision Experience working within BIM workflows and multidisciplinary project environments is highly desirable Desired Candidate Profile Designer with autocad 3D Structure drawings
