We are launching a new luxury private wellness concept in Dubai We are building the brand digital presence and customer journey from the ground up THE ROLE We are looking for a highly handson Social Media Manager and Content Creator who can turn attention into reach enquiries and bookings You will be expected to personally create film edit and publish content every day while directly managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok This is not a coordinationonly role and is not suitable for someone who waits for detailed daily instructions KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts and other relevant social platforms Personally plan film photograph edit and publish highquality content every day including Reels TikToks Stories posts carousels and advertising creatives Develop content calendars original campaign ideas recurring formats scripts hooks captions and strong calls to action Maintain a consistently active premium and visually distinctive social media presence Plan launch and optimise Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns handson including prospecting retargeting audiences budgets creative testing and performance optimisation Track organic and paid performance using relevant platform analytics pixels and conversion tracking focusing on enquiries bookings customer acquisition cost and return on advertising spend Develop and manage influencer and UGC campaigns including creator research outreach negotiation briefing coordination content usage rights and performance tracking Direct influencers models guests and team members confidently during content productions Manage comments direct messages and community interactions and guide suitable prospects towards booking Monitor trends competitors and audience behaviour and proactively turn insights into new content and campaign ideas REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS At least two years of relevant handson social media content creation or digital marketing experience Currently based in the UAE and available to work fulltime primarily onsite in Dubai A strong portfolio demonstrating content you personally planned filmed and edited Proven handson experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads with measurable results Strong shortform video filming editing photography copywriting and creativedirection skills Professional working knowledge of tools such as CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve and Canva Strong understanding of social media analytics paidsocial tracking creative testing and conversion optimisation Excellent written and spoken English High personal ownership creativity speed organisation and the ability to deliver consistently without daily supervision Willingness to occasionally support evening or weekend productions launches or influencer visits NICE TO HAVE Experience with a luxury hospitality wellness fitness beauty or other premium consumer brand Arabic language skills or an established network of UAEbased influencers and creators HOW TO APPLY Apply with your current CV Your application must include a portfolio link and examples of shortform videos you personally planned filmed or edited Shortlisted candidates will be asked to discuss a paidsocial campaign they personally managed and complete a structured practical assignment
